Meet the Cellar Master
Welcomed by a passionate craftsman, you will learn the secrets of refining and ageing. The cellar master, Moéana Risal, will guide you through the selection and evaluation of the barrels, introducing you to the unique characteristics that make A1710 rums so exceptional.
Blending and casking workshop
Under the guidance of the cellar master, you will take part in a blending workshop, a special moment where you will assemble different spirits to create your own aromatic profile. You will also discover the subtleties of casking and artisanal bottling, precise techniques inherited from ancestral know-how.
Exclusive tasting
A rare experience awaits you: tasting rums that are still ageing, usually reserved for behind the scenes. After a refreshing break, you will finish in the cosy lounges of the A1710 house for a guided tasting of exceptional vintages. Each sip will reveal the richness, complexity and passion that drive the house.
