Our magnificent modular home divided into three adjoining units has been completely renovated in a modern and high end decor. The penthouse is located in a private and secure area in the town of le François / Cap Est district (22 km from Aimé Césaire airport). Perfect for families or couples, each accomodation has a terrace with a private swimming pool.
During your stay, you will have access to multiple services on site: tennis, restaurant, beach, large communal swimming pool, etc.… all in a postcard setting on the edge of a lagoon with turquoise waters!

In case of cancellation, a penalty will be charged as follows:
– 30 days before the date of entry, 10% of the total rental amount.
– from 30 to 7 days before, 50%.
– less than 7 days before, 100%.
There will be no refund if the guest voluntarily cut the contract before the end of his stay.
