Our magnificent modular home divided into three adjoining units has been completely renovated in a modern and high end decor. The penthouse is located in a private and secure area in the town of le François / Cap Est district (22 km from Aimé Césaire airport). Perfect for families or couples, each accomodation has a terrace with a private swimming pool.
During your stay, you will have access to multiple services on site: tennis, restaurant, beach, large communal swimming pool, etc.… all in a postcard setting on the edge of a lagoon with turquoise waters!

The penthouse includes:

• 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms upstairs with 180×200 cm bed, TV and adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower & WC)

• Security deposit: €1500, to be made 1 week before arrival via the secure SWIKLY platform (bank imprint)
• Tourist tax: €1.80/night/adult
• Minimum stay: 5 nights
• Household linen: sheets, towels and tea towels included
• Baby cot and baby chair available free of charge, on request
• Pets not allowed

Rate of the penthouse with a swimming pool in le François:

Compulsory/not included end-of-stay cleaning fee: 150 euros/stay
Compulsory tourist tax/not included: 1.80 euros/adult/night

In case of cancellation, a penalty will be charged as follows:
– 30 days before the date of entry, 10% of the total rental amount.
– from 30 to 7 days before, 50%.
– less than 7 days before, 100%.
There will be no refund if the guest voluntarily cut the contract before the end of his stay.
