Description

A unique sensory immersion, from the cane fields to the glass.

Discover the fields and learn how to cut cane

Come and see the varieties of organic sugar cane grown on the estate. Learn how to cut cane with a machete, an ancestral technique passed down from generation to generation, combining precision and respect for the material. Each cut will bring you closer to the essence of agricultural rum.

Extracting juice the old-fashioned way

Immerse yourself in traditional methods with the juice mill and watch the sweet nectar being extracted, which will later become rum. This stage offers you a unique tactile and sensory experience, where each movement reveals the richness of the Martinique terroir.

Tasting the freshly pressed juice

After the effort comes the pleasure: taste the freshly pressed cane juice, intense and natural, a true concentrate of flavours and sunshine. A refreshing break punctuates this stage, preparing you for the rest of the experience.

Sharing and tasting in the Habitation’s salons

The immersion concludes in the elegant salons of the Habitation, with a convivial moment of tasting A1710 rums. The cellar master or our team will explain the characteristics and production of the vintages, giving you a complete understanding of the transformation of sugar cane into exceptional agricultural rum.

A lively, authentic and exclusive workshop, reconnecting you with the very essence of agricultural rum and offering a complete sensory experience, from field to glass.
