Description

From Anse à l’Âne beach, this 3-hour Polynesian-style outing invites you to paddle in a group to Ramier Islet. Nicolas, an expert and passionate guide, will give you a quick introduction before leaving Anse à l’Âne and following the coastline in a team spirit and contemplation. Along the way, you can admire the coastal landscape and the surrounding hills.

Nicolas will reveal the secrets of Ramier Islet, this protected site: fauna, flora, geology, military history, and more. You will observe the rich coral reef and underwater life from the boat.

The outrigger canoe then heads for Anse Bellay, a place of remembrance marked by the presence of an ancient Kalinago village and a slave cemetery. A moment of reflection, sharing, and reconnection will naturally be called for in this place steeped in history and imbued with powerful symbolism.

A final stop takes you to Anse Mathurin, a wild beach accessible only by sea or hiking, for a well-deserved swim. Finally, we begin the return to Anse à l’Âne, now well-versed in rowing. Upon arrival, we put away our equipment and have a moment of conversation to conclude this rich and convivial morning.
