Renaud invites you on a journey of discovery into Martinique’s heritage, exploring the traditions of the “mornes” (hills).
Day’s Schedule for you cooking and Bèlè dance Workshop
09:30 AM: Welcome and Spice Harvest – “An nou an jadin”
Start the day by gathering spices from the Creole garden, including chili peppers, wild thyme, basil, and more.
10:00 AM: Culinary Workshop – “An nou fè manjé”
Prepare local vegetables, herbs, and condiments, followed by cooking farm-fresh meat and seafood caught that very day.
11:30 AM: Creole Aperitifs & Lunch – “Bwè ek manjé yonn a lot”
Enjoy sparkling or still water, seasonal fresh fruit juices, herbal teas from the garden, AOC rum, and planteur cocktails. Savor the meal you prepared, complete with dessert, infusion tea, and coffee.
2:00 PM: Traditions Workshop – “Viv li pou konprann”
Discover Martinique’s history and immerse yourself in its cultural heritage. Learn the traditional Bèlè dance, engage in musical games from the past, and experience “Lafouyetè,” tilling the soil to the rhythm of Bèlè music.
3:30 PM: Sweet Break – “An dousè péyi”
End the day with traditional pastries, candies, and herbal teas made from the garden’s plants.

- Price: €79 per person (ages 12 and up); €25 for children under 12.
- Includes: All workshops and a Creole lunch.
- Availability: Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Possibility to book for groups of at least 15 people on Sundays.
