We offer a set of 4 villas. Each villa with a private pool in le Vauclin can be booked individually, but you can book several too!

With a view of the countryside overlooking a water point, palm trees below, as well as the Atlantic Ocean on the horizon. You will spend an exceptional stay in your villa with a private pool in le Vauclin and enjoy a quiet environment. All just 5 minutes from the beach at Pointe Faula, and 20 minutes from the beaches of the South on the Caribbean side. Near the villas (3 km): restaurants, supermarket, fish market, pharmacy, gas station and shops.

• Tourist tax: €1.20/night/adult
• Minimum stay: 5 nights
• Household linen: sheets, towels and tea towels included
• Baby cot and baby chair available free of charge, on request
• Pets not allowed

Compulsory/not included end-of-stay cleaning fee: 150 euros/stay
Compulsory tourist tax/not included: 1 euro/adult/night

In case of cancellation, a penalty will be levied as follows:
– 30 days before the date of entry, 10% of the total rental amount.
– from 30 to 7 days before, 50%.
– less than 7 days before, 100%.
There will be no refund if the client voluntarily terminates the services before the end of his stay.

No payment will be required at this stage. Before validation and payment on your part, we will confirm the availability, the price according to the number of people and the desired dates. The response time is a maximum of 48 hours.
