Atlantic Coast & Sugar Cane Fields
1-Hour or 2-Hour Tour
Your adventure begins at Le François, where you’ll take the wheel of your quad or buggy before setting off to explore Martinique’s beautiful Atlantic coast.
First, follow the waterfront through the town of Le François. Along the way, you’ll see Leclerc Rock, the lighthouse, and the nearby military base.
Next, leave the coastline behind and head inland. The trail winds through vast sugar cane fields, offering a glimpse of Martinique’s rural landscapes and agricultural heritage.
You’ll also pass near the famous Clément Plantation, one of the island’s best-known historic estates. While the visit is not included, your guide will introduce you to this iconic landmark and its surroundings.
Choose between two tour lengths. The 1-hour tour offers a shorter introduction to the route, while the 2-hour tour allows more time to enjoy the scenery and the off-road experience.
Combining coastal views, countryside trails, and sugar cane plantations, this Quad and buggy tour in Martinique is a fun and memorable way to discover the island beyond the usual tourist routes.

- 1 hour tour:
- Quad rental: 72€ (A deposit of 10€ is to be paid in advance. The remaining balance of 62€ is to be paid on-site, either in cash or by card).
- Buggy rental: 106€. (A deposit of 16€ is to be paid in advance. The remaining balance of 90€ is to be paid on-site, either in cash or by card).
- 2 hours tour:
- Quad rental: 120€. (A deposit of 18€ is to be paid in advance. The remaining balance of 102€ is to be paid on-site, either in cash or by card).
- Buggy rental: 140€. (A deposit of 21€ is to be paid in advance. The remaining balance of 119€ is to be paid on-site, either in cash or by card).
- 1 hour tour:
- During the sugarcane harvest season, only the 1 hour itinerary is available.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- 1 or 2 person per machine maximum.
- Tours are supervised by an experienced guide to ensure your safety and maximize enjoyment.
- What to bring: Closed-toe shoes, old pants (to avoid damaging new clothes due to branches and foliage), and water. Also, bring a change of clothes as there will be plenty of mud during rainy weather.
- Location: Le François – please arrive 30 minutes before your chosen time slot.
- Capacity: 5 quads available and 1 buggy with a maximum capacity of 2 people.
