Departing from La Trinité, your guide takes you off the beaten path to explore one of Martinique’s most authentic regions. Along the way, several gourmet stops invite you to discover local specialties and traditional know-how.

Explore the North Atlantic Coast

Your adventure begins at Place Joyeuse, before continuing to the beautiful Anse Azerot, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic coastline.

Next, visit the Saint-Jacques Farm, where you’ll learn how dried bananas and cassava flour are traditionally produced. This visit offers a fascinating insight into two iconic products that have shaped Martinique’s culinary heritage.

The tour continues to the beautiful Fond d’Or Bay in the village of Le Marigot, before ending at the historic ruins of the former Lorrain Plantation, a remarkable site that reflects the island’s rich past.

Homemade Tastings with Local Flavors

Throughout the tour, enjoy a selection of homemade tastings prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Each stop showcases traditional Martinican flavors in creative and unexpected ways, offering a true taste of the island’s culinary traditions.

Families are welcome, and younger guests are not forgotten. If you’re traveling with a baby, age-appropriate tastings made with local ingredients can also be provided.

An Easy and Relaxing Experience

This Martinique food tour is suitable for almost everyone and requires very little walking. The support vehicle remains nearby for most of the experience, ensuring a comfortable outing.

Depending on weather conditions and the absence of sargassum seaweed, you may also choose to finish the tour with a refreshing swim in the Basse-Pointe River or at a beach in La Trinité. Simply let your guide know before departure if you would like to include this stop.

  • Adults from 12 years old: 69,50€ (deposit 10.50€ in advance; balance 59€ payable on-site in cash or credit card)
  • Children (3-12 years): 46€ (deposit 6€ in advance; balance 39€ payable on-site in cash or credit card)
  • Babies: 20€ (deposit 4€ in advance; balance 20€ payable on-site in cash or credit card)
• Included:
  – Air-conditioned transport with an experienced guide in a 9-seat-van.
  – Six local products, sweet or salty, with or without alcohol.
• Not included: lunch and pick up other than in Trinité.
• Duration: 4 hours
• Departure: 9:00 a.m., Trinité Quartier Gallion in front of the factory.
• Provide: Swimsuit, towel, cap or hat.
• Capacity: 6 people maximum.

Terms of cancelation:

If canceled by the client by email at least 5 days before the scheduled excursion day.
Weather conditions or technical means prevent the company from carrying out the excursion.
Cancellation refund requests that do not relate to the above items may be denied.
Refunds can sometimes incur a service charge by the organization (approximately 5%).
If you are late, you are considered as “no show” and will not be reimbursed.
