Description

Meet at 9:00 AM in Le François for a day dedicated to relaxation, discovery, and unforgettable scenery.

After boarding your motorboat, set off to explore the beautiful islets of Le François. Along the way, your captain will share fascinating stories, local history, and insights into this unique lagoon protected by one of Martinique’s most remarkable coral reef systems.

Your journey continues toward Le Robert, cruising alongside coral reefs and turquoise waters. The boat will then stop at Ilet Chancel, a historic site home to the ruins of a former sugar plantation. The islet is also one of the last refuges of the Lesser Antillean Iguana, an endemic and endangered species that can be observed in its natural habitat.

The adventure then takes you to the famous white sandbars of Le François and the legendary Josephine’s Bathtub(Baignoire de Joséphine). In this natural unmissable spot surrounded by clear waters, enjoy a relaxing swim in one of Martinique’s most iconic locations.

To make the experience even more memorable, a traditional Creole aperitif will be served directly in the water. Enjoy homemade planter’s punch, ti-punch, local rum punches, fruit juices, fresh water, and delicious codfish or vegetable fritters freshly prepared by your hosts.

Snorkeling enthusiasts are welcome to bring their mask, fins, and snorkel to explore the surrounding waters during the swimming stop. Snorkle equipments are not included.

For lunch, the crew will set up a comfortable dining area on an islet where you will enjoy a traditional Martinican meal featuring fish, chicken, rice, and local specialties.

Following lunch, savor a homemade dessert, coffee, and a tasting of aged Martinican rum. Before departure, a local sweet treat will be served as the perfect finishing touch to this gourmet experience.
