Must do!
To begin, the estate is beautiful. Rebuild with a lot of style and with a well thought general harmony.
About the visit, we spent a really great time, we had the opportunity to learn about the place and their distillation process.
Valerie was very pro, welcoming as she did her best to fulfill our request. Bravo to her.
The final tasting was very generous and of high quality, and morever you can really take your time, to linger around the estate as much as you wish.
Definetely a must do.

What a fabulous place to visit.
We had a tasting and then on of the senior staff took us to the distilling barn and let us sample what was I production.
The grounds are simply gorgeous!
We can’t stop talking about the beauty of the compound and the amazing staff who bring it to life.
We purchased several bottles of rum and we will defiantly return.

It’s one of the smallest distilleries on the island and that’s how it markets itself as well – the grounds were nice, small yet interesting enough for a person who has never been to a distillery to get a nice taste of what the whole process of making rhum is, from sugar cane all the way to aging – very clean, well organized and in mint condition – the bonus added is the beautiful house where you get to sample the rhums (alternatively outside there is also a nice table underneath two big trees).
As usual rhums were very good – I would lie if I didn’t enjoy any of the 10 distillery rhums while Martinique, but I would also lie saying one was better than the other – it’s all about personal taste – if you are looking for a small, intimate experience I would say this place is for you.
Added bonus was the fact that despite it being November this was the only distillery in 10 we visited in Martinique that was crushing the sugar cane as we visited at the mill – most of them shut down for maintenance etc. after I believe July.
TIP: it’s very close to Habitation Clement so I highly recommend doing both on the same day – completely two different experiences and also both very “elegant” ones when it comes to rhum

Amazing place…
Wonderful private tasting, outside unlike the other distillery that are doing it behind the bar. Amazing site.
I vivly recommand it.
