A full-day freediving experience
This experience has been designed to offer a progressive learning journey, combining theory, pool training, and open-water practice.
The day begins with a morning dedicated to understanding the fundamentals of freediving and practicing in the swimming pool at the center. This first step allows you to safely learn the basics in a controlled and supportive environment.
After a one-hour lunch break — either with your own meal or by enjoying free time in the town of Saint-Pierre — the experience continues with an afternoon at sea.
The afternoon is devoted to open-water practice, where you will progressively experience freediving in the clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. This immersion allows you to discover unique sensations while exploring an exceptional marine environment.

During your freediving session, you will evolve in preserved waters, characteristic of the Caribbean coastline, surrounded by diverse and vibrant marine ecosystems.
The center is ideally located between the marine area of Le Carbet and the Albert Falco regional nature reserve in Le Prêcheur, at the heart of the AGOA Sanctuary, a protected marine area dedicated to marine mammals in the French Caribbean.

Olivier, an experienced freediver and certified state instructor (BPJEPS – breath-hold diving / freediving), will accompany you throughout the experience with expertise, patience, and attention.
Each session is adapted to the participants’ level, pace, and comfort to ensure a safe, progressive, and enjoyable experience.
A center designed for your comfort and safety
The center welcomes you just 100 meters from the shoreline in a spacious, open-air setting designed for relaxation before and after your activity.

The custom-built aluminum semi-rigid boat, specifically designed for freediving practice, ensures comfort, stability, and safety during all sea outings.
